The underlying copyright of the original work of the NFT remains with the
original Copyright owner and it will not be transferred to the Buyer.

Ownership by Buyer of the purchased work does not include intellectual property
rights such as copyright claims, ability to reproduce commercially, and create
merchandise therefrom, the rights to adapt the NFT or any part thereof into any
audio-visual projects and commodities, etc.

The Buyer acquires legal and beneficial ownership of the Property, including the
right to display and resell the NFT to another party.  Through purchase of the
Property in the auction, the Buyer will not acquire any right to use the
Property for commercial exploitation or any right to prevent  the copyright
holder from using the original work for further commercial work and
exploitation.
